Shipping Policy

**NOTE: Orders are processed in 2 - 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email before being shipped out. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 


Due to COVID-19, our shipping couriers are not honoring usual delivery guarantees.  Unfortunately, shipping and transit delays are not under our control. Rest assured, we are making every effort to ship each order out as soon as possible.

Domestic Orders (Canada): 2-7 Days Shipping Estimate

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All Orders are priced based on weight and dimensions.  

U.S Orders: 5-10 Days Shipping Estimate

USA orders may be subject to additional transit time when the package clears customs. Unfortunately, we are not in control of border processing times.

Please refer to the package tracking information you'll receive by email after your order is shipped.

International Shipping: 1-4 Weeks Shipping Estimate

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Little Lemon Friends is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Our couriers will not deliver any packages, any parcels, or any deliveries whatsoever to addresses that are PO boxes.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept returns. In the event you have issues with our product, please email us at with your order number and a description of your issue. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
